BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Should an early check-in or a late check-out to be desired, an additional charge might apply.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit of 50% of the total is required at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days before the start of the retreat: September 30th 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Manapany Hôtel requires cancellations to be notified in writing (by email or by fax). Cancellations are only confirmed when the Guest receives a unique cancellation number from the Hotel. A charge equivalent to 5% of the total stay applies for any cancellation occurring before the periods mentioned below. Refunds of deposit are paid after receipt of written cancellation notice. St. Barths’ local time at midnight applies for respective notice periods.

In case of cancellation between booking date to 31 days before the stay: 5% of the total stay is charged.

In case of cancellation between 30 to 00 days before the stay: 100% of the total stay is charged.

In case of no-show: 100% of the total stay is charged.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flights cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy above will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergencies… etc) but we have costs already incurred with the organization of the event. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change.

 If we cancel the retreat
If the Manapany Hotel must cancel the retreat for any reason due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, you will receive a full refund for all deposits and payments that have been made. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.
